Capacity Building for Today & Tomorrow:

We have brought together a number of scholars and highly skilled practitioners to offer a day-long, free-of-charge event for area nonprofit leaders, capacity builders, and related stakeholders. At this conference, we will explore how nonprofit professionals from different generations address capacity building issues in their own ways. In addition to engaging in a sector level dialogue, we will provide skill-building workshops designed to explore issues from intergenerational perspectives related to fund-raising, building boards, volunteerism, and leadership development.
