Praxis Expands Staff

We are pleased to announce three new additions to our staff!

Linshuang Lu brings to Praxis extensive experience in nonprofit financial planning and literacy. Prior to joining Praxis as a Consultant, Linshuang worked for the Nonprofit Finance Fund and provided consulting services in the areas of financial planning, management and education. In addition to expanding our service capabilities for nonprofit client organizations, Linshuang is also taking an active role in our Employee Ownership practice.

Monica Knopf, Psy.D., is an organizational psychologist with several years of experience as an independent consultant, with particular expertise in the health care and transportation industries. Prior to starting her own consulting practice, Monica held  high level management positions with American Airlines in the areas of organizational development, marketing, operations and finance. She joins Praxis as a Senior Consultant whose work will focus on cultural change and leadership in the health care and nonprofit areas

Sarah James enhances Praxis' administrative capabilities with her experience in administration, fund-raising, membership support, and customer service in the nonprofit sector. Previously, Sarah was the Membership Benefits Coordinator at public radio station WXPN, and worked for several years at Weavers Way Coop in a variety of marketing and administrative capacities . As Director of Business Services for Praxis, she oversees the day to day operations in our office and supports the consultants in their work.
