Alexander P. Moss, MPPM, is a Principal
and a founder of Praxis
Consulting Group, Inc. Since 1989, Alex has been advising corporate,
employee owned, and non-profit clients in achieving a broad range
of organizational performance improvements. He is a nationally recognized
leader in designing business and ownership training, developing communications,
employee participation, and broad-based incentive systems, and in
building organizational systems that encourage and enable employees
to solve production, quality, and client service challenges.
Alex is a frequent speaker and author on
organizational performance and ownership issues. He serves
as: Board Director of the National Center for Employee Ownership, Trustee
of the Employee Ownership Foundation, Past Chair of the
ESOP Association's Advisory Committee on Ownership Culture, Member of the ESOP Association's Advisory Committee on Fiduciary Issues, and current or past Board Director of several non-profit and community
organizations.
Before co-founding Praxis Consulting, Alex conducted feasibility studies
and structured financing for employee buyout transactions, and developed
third-party administration systems for qualified benefit plans. He
has worked in the custom design-build construction trade, and has managed
both non-profit and for-profit subsidiaries of a non-profit community
organization. He holds a Master's Degree in Public and Private Management
(MPPM) from the Yale School of Organization and Management and an AB
from Brown University.
