Rolling Out Your ESOP: What to Say, When, and How

This article addresses the process of introducing an ESOP to your company, from the initial announcement through a series of specific follow-up activities over the first year or so. Taken together, we call these activities the “ESOP rollout process.” The first step in this process is typically a kickoff meeting. This article provides a detailed review of this type of meeting. The other steps in the rollout process are summarized.
