Employee Ownership Committees
In order to achieve their strategic ownership objectives, many companies establish Employee Ownership Education Committees.
These committees may be responsible for ongoing ownership communication and education, programs to keep ownership visible in the company, and linking employee behaviors and initiatives to company performance. Employee committees contribute to building an ownership culture by creating opportunities for employee involvement and building internal leadership capacity.
Praxis will work your company to:
- Assess what type of committees are best suited to help you achieve your employee engagement and business objectives
- Establish these committees, including developing a process for member selection, writing the charter, setting objectives, roles and responsibilities
- Facilitating the initial committee meeting to guide the committee in goal setting, planning and developing measures of effectiveness.
- Training committee members for necessary communication, group dynamics and meeting skills
- Provide ongoing consultation to management and/or committees including regular facilitation of planning meetings
