Governance and Board Development
Praxis works with senior executives and board leaders of both corporate and non-profit organizations to design governance structures that meet the needs of each organization as it evolves.

In addition, we provide board development services to educate board members about their roles and responsibilities and to ensure they are prepared to understand financial statements so that they can effectively carry out their fiduciary duties.
