Strategy

Organizational Design

An organization’s structure should be designed to support its strategy.

For this reason, assessing whether an organization’s current
structure fully supports its strategy, or whether all or part of the structure
needs to be redesigned, is often an element of strategic planning.

Praxis works with organizational leaders to:

  • Assess the effectiveness of their organization’s current structure in the context of organizational goals and strategy
  • Redesign their organization’s structure either to enhance their ability to achieve current goals and objectives or to better position them for future success
  • Develop clear definitions of roles and responsibilities as well as decision-making authority for major jobs and job groups in the organization
Collaboratively develop a process for engaging employees in the redesign process and communicating changes effectively
