Ownership Strategy

Employee ownership is demonstrated to improve business performance in companies with high employee participation.

Praxis’ ownership strategy services assist leadership in defining how they will leverage employee ownership to achieve their business objectives. 

Praxis will work with your company to:

  • Lead discussions with senior management to identify how employee ownership supports company objectives,  such as growth, business plan goals and developing a culture that builds on shared ownership values and supports their business strategy
  • Facilitate discussions about decision-making about  technical elements of the ESOP and their implications for employee engagement, providing referrals to other experts as needed

  • Design and facilitate a strategic planning process that includes your company's employee involvement goals
