ESOPs create owners, but everyday workplace experiences shape the trust, initiative, and extra effort that define strong ownership cultures. One of the strongest — and most overlooked — drivers of those behaviors is feedback.

This interactive workshop explores how feedback shapes performance, development, and culture. Using practical models of feedback and performance, participants will assess their own feedback practices and identify ways leaders at every level can use feedback to strengthen ownership behaviors.
