This two part session provides an open-ended discussion of topics of greatest interest to C-Suite attendees. We start with brief attendees demographics -- who is in the room, companies, roles, size, key ESOP info, governance, etc., and concluding with key questions that attendees would like to discuss. We spend the rest of the session with attendees discussing whatever key questions they have identified. Depending on interest of the attendees, topics may include leadership, succession, ESOP finance / sustainability / capital allocation, governance (board & trustee issues), M&A, building an employee-ownership culture, etc. This is an actively facilitated discussion of the topics of greatest interest to attendees.
