Senior Management Leaders - BYOT (Bring Your Own Topic)! As leaders in your organization, either as a well-established leader or just getting started in this role, this workshop is for you. This will be a peer-to-peer, facilitated workshop in which attendees will identify hot button issues for group dialogue. You will hear winning ideas from, and discuss key challenges facing, other ESOP leaders. And we will emphasize getting to know one another and building relationships with leaders across ESOP companies for mutual benefit both here at the conference and beyond. We will begin with quick introductions and demographics -- who is in the room, so you can seek each other out to network. Then, we'll ask for your priority topics, and we'll dive into open, facilitated discussion of the issues of greatest interest to the attendees, and we'll save a little time for some shorter discussions about issues that may be important to only a few but where other attendees can help them advance their thinking.
This presentation describes the integration of 360-degree feedback, the Hogan Leadership Series assessments, targeted coaching and debriefing, and post-assessment community building to provide a comprehensive, data-driven view of leadership effectiveness.
