Do employees and leaders at your company have similar answers to these questions: “What does employee ownership mean for me and my company? What does it mean for my day-to-day communication, language, and behavior?”
In this session, we look beyond internal communication approaches and think about how to shift our language, behavior, and communication styles as leaders and co-owners to exemplify employee ownership and foster a powerful employee-ownership culture. Rather than focusing on ESOP education or company events (which are also important), we’ll explore how to develop an ongoing communications strategy and internal messaging philosophy, and the critical components beyond communication, such as leadership behavior and participation structures, that can influence how people engage with employee ownership.
