Session Description:
Committees can be a great way to engage employee owners and encourage them to be champions of shared ownership culture. However, to take full advantage of the performance-enhancing opportunity of employee ownership, companies must develop cultures in which people are actively encouraged and supported, not just expected, to feel and act like owners, and that culture takes time and energy to build. Come to this session to learn about the key components for building an ownership culture and begin to think about what might works best for your company.
Session Description:
What are they called? What do they look like? Who should be on them? How to I get one? What challenges do you face and what successes have you experienced? Discuss and gain fresh new ideas about how to engage and support your ESOP Committee.
