Jon Sweigart will present A Manager's Guide to High Performance and Ownership Behavior at this conference hosted by the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO).
Managers shape how ownership shows up in daily work—and how employees ultimately experience ownership culture. In this workshop, participants will use two simple performance models to link behavior, outputs, and value creation, and assess how well they are arranging the conditions that enable the performance potential of shared ownership.
