We are very excited to introduce two new team members!

Jennie Msall, MBA, joins us as with eleven years of experience as a consultant, facilitator, and trainer working with employee-owned companies and nonprofit organizations. Jennie has helped dozens of organizations successfully navigate the complexities of becoming employee-owned and has deep knowledge of the launch and culture implications. She also believes leadership development is essential to leverage the powerful benefits that shared ownership can have for organizations and workers.Jennie plays an active role in the employee ownership community, speaking frequently about employee ownership and business strategy. She is the author of numerous publications and resource guides.Jennie will provide ownership culture, financial literacy training, leadership development, strategic planning, and other organization development services.

Lindsay Shafer, MA, joins us with over fifteen years of experience as a facilitator, trainer, and project manager. Lindsay has worked with organizations in the for-profit, nonprofit, government, and education sectors. She is passionate about helping clients understand the value of diversity at all levels of the organization, in addition to developing more inclusive policies and practices that contribute to ownership culture.Lindsay plays an active role in the nonprofit community and has contributed to publications that address leadership and program design and evaluation.Lindsay will provide ownership culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion, leadership development, strategic planning, and other organization development services.
